Partner Portal Login & Terms of Service

Create your company login credentials. Once approved by the Super Admin, use this username and password to access your private Dashboard, Schedule, Bookings, and Customer History.

Terms and Conditions — PicklePass Facility Partner Agreement

Dedicated Pickleball Courts Only: Listings on PicklePass are strictly reserved for pickleball courts. Multi-purpose gymnasiums for basketball or unrelated sports are not eligible.
Mandatory ₱10.00 Website Maintenance Fee: To sustain platform hosting, real-time scheduling, and reservation infrastructure, the system automatically adds a ₱10.00 Website Maintenance Fee to your entered hourly court rate (for example, an entered court rate of ₱200.00 is published to customers at ₱210.00/hr).
Strict Company Data Isolation & Verification: Each approved facility partner is provisioned an isolated business workspace (`Dashboard`, `Schedule`, `Bookings`, and `Customers`). Facility Partners are responsible for verifying customer payment receipts and reference numbers promptly.
Remittance Policy & Automatic Court Deactivation: Facility partners must settle the total platform maintenance fee of ₱10.00 per booked court within 2 to 3 days upon billing notice. If the facility owner fails to settle the remittance within 2 to 3 days, their facility listing and courts will be automatically deactivated—courts will immediately become invisible to the public and unavailable for customer bookings until the account is settled.
